Service Agreements
All commercial services are governed by separate written service agreements that outline:

These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and billing information
- Ensure safe access to your facility for our service personnel
- Pay invoices according to agreed-upon terms
- Notify us promptly of any service issues or changes to your needs
Equipment and Dispensers
Dispensers and equipment installed at your facility remain the property of Loyal Workplace Hygiene Solutions unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We provide maintenance and repairs at no additional cost during active service.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is established in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice as specified in your agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyal Workplace Hygiene Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loyal Workplace Hygiene Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or services, or your violation of these terms.
